How we make and serve our drinks, take and deliver orders, and look after you if something goes wrong.

Online orders, parties & counter

Fresh product & storage
All our cold cocoa, cold coffee and desserts are made fresh every day with whole milk, real chocolate and premium toppings, without chemical preservatives or artificial stabilisers.
- Storage: keep sealed bottles in the fridge (below 4°C).
- Shelf life: best enjoyed chilled within 48 hours of preparation.

Ordering, prices & payment
You can order on our website at thecoolcocoa.co.in/order, on WhatsApp, or at our counter in Gota, Ahmedabad.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Online orders are paid by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). We check each payment and then confirm your order.
- Cash is accepted at the counter and on delivery.
- Gift hampers are priced as the box plus the items you choose.
- For party and bulk orders, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange the details with you.

Delivery & counter pickup
We deliver across Ahmedabad.
- Delivery timings: please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery time for your order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may change with rain, traffic or very busy evenings.
- Pickup: collect your order from our counter on Devnagar Gam Road, Gota during opening hours.

Reusable glass bottles
We serve our drinks in food-grade, reusable glass bottles.
- No bottle returns: for hygiene and food safety, we do not accept used bottles back.
- Yours to keep: use the bottle for mukhwas, chaas, milk or any personal use at home.
- Less plastic: reusing glass bottles avoids single-use plastic waste.

Changes, cancellations & freshness promise
Our drinks are fresh and perishable, and we start preparing soon after your order is confirmed.
- To change or cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp before it is prepared or sent out.
- You can check your order's status at any time on the Track order page with your order number.
- If a bottle breaks on the way or something isn't right, tell us within 2 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or give you full credit.
