Information we collect
When you order on our website, on WhatsApp or at our counter, or join our rewards program, we may collect:
- Contact details: your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to give it for receipts and order updates.
- Delivery address: your address or landmark in Ahmedabad, so we can deliver to your door.
- Order details: the items you choose, delivery date and time slot, notes and any gift message for a hamper.
- Payment reference: the UPI transaction ID (UTR) of your payment, so we can match it to your order.
- Rewards activity: your store credit balance and loyalty transactions, if you join our rewards program.
How we use your information
We use your details only to run your order and look after you as a customer:
- To prepare and deliver your cold cocoa, coffee and dessert orders.
- To confirm your payment and send order updates on WhatsApp, or by email if you gave us your email address.
- To let you track your order with your order number.
- To run loyalty rewards and special offers.
- To answer your questions and improve our menu.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal details to advertisers or anyone else.
Data security & storage
Your order details are stored on our own secure server, and every page of our website is served over encrypted HTTPS. Only our owners and staff, who sign in with their Google account, can see orders.
UPI payments are made in your own bank or UPI app. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank details or card numbers.
Your rights & choices
Your data is yours. At any time you can ask us to show, correct or delete your contact details, order history and rewards record. Just message us on WhatsApp or send us an email.
